"25%" is a serial written by 7STARS for the last page of HBJ.
The page was started as a serial in four installments, and it's concluded in this issue.That's right, it's the last 25%.
I must say that I'm not a 100% Harley-rider or Hotroder or Skater or Cycler...maybe I'm 25% of all of these.
But if I put these 25%'s all together, it makes a 100% of me...that's how I decided to call this serial "25%", and I written every single words his my own hand.
Ironically, during writing this serial I decide to trade away my Harley. But I didn't feel like I lost 25% of me. It actually made me realize that I really like riding the motorbike,not only Harley. And I also realized this feeling (how much I love riding wheels) is something you can't measure like 25% or 100%.
This serial gave me a lot of chance to discover new things too.
I'd really like to thank Mr Mitsunaga the chief editor of HBJ to give me this great opportunity, and all the 7STARS CREW for backing me up.
Just to let you know, The size of the negative(photo) you see on the serial is 25% of the original one.
I actually didn't meant to do this, but it naturally happened to came out in this size.
I hope oneday I can show you the 100% size (in original positive).
I'll let you know when I get the chance to do it.

HBJの最終ページに掲載されている7STARSの連載「２５％」。
４回の連載で完結するコンセプトでスタートしたこの連載も
はやいもので今回が最後の２５％...最終回です。
決して自分は、100％ハーレー乗りでもホットロッダーでも
スケーターでも自転車人でもありません。みんな２５％くらいか...？。
でも２５％でも本気なモノが４つあれば、とりあえず１００％か？
そんな事を悶絶して考え、タイトルを「２５％」に決定し、
原稿を、すべて肉筆で制作することだけをテーマに連載を始めました。
連載の過程の今年の７月に自分は、ハーレーを手放す決断をしました。
ハーレーの専門誌に連載をしながら、皮肉なモンですが...。
しかし、今の自分には、２５％のピースが欠けた虚無感はありません。
自分がハーレーというモノが好きだったのではなく、
ただ、バイクに乗る行為そのものが好きだったのだと気づかされました。
そして、そういう気持ちは、２５％だの１００％だの数字で計れるモノではない事も...。
この連載の過程で、その他にも様々な新しい発見がありました。
この場をかりて、連載の機会を与えてくれたHBJ編集長満永氏と
制作をバックアップしてくれた7STARSのみんなに感謝の意を表したいと思います。
ちなみに、誌面に掲載されているサイズは、原画の２５％のネガです。
これは、意図的ではなく、連載を始めた時に自然にそうなりました。
いつか１００％サイズ（ポジの原画）を展示する機会を持ちたいと思ってます。
その時は、是非。
